I'm very excited for this one, y'all. I've distantly admired REC since I started in the solar industry, and lately I've had the pleasure of climbing with Cary at LCC. He's great.

Cary Hayes is President–Americas at REC Group. With over 20 years in the solar industry, he’s the only American on REC’s senior management team. He's also the impact advisor to the Honnold Foundation, Alex Honnold's non-profit that funds solar electrification projects all over the world.
